How long does my order take to ship?

Orders go through a process at our office that pays close attention to detail to ensure the most accuracy and quality- this can take up to 3 days for packaging and preparing. Once it’s been packaged expect the following for shipment times:

Ground Shipping: 10-14 days for the order to arrive at your door.
Rushed Shipping: 3-5 days for the order to arrive at your door.

Please understand that once the products leave our office, we do not have control over the carrier’s processes, however we do insure all our shipments and keep in close contact with the carriers so we can update you on potential delays or issues.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time international shipping is not supported outside of the lower 48 states and APO/APP boxes. Stay in touch as this may change in the future.

What is your return policy?

All shipping costs are not refundable. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be in original, unused, unopened condition to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

What is the return policy on special orders?

Special orders are not eligible for refunds or returns. If you have any concerns with your special order, please contact us for resolution.
